   IPv6 from AMS has been fully reachable for 15 minutes. Duration: 19 minutes. IPv4 traffic was never affected.

   Cogent is not propagating our IPv6 announcement beyond their network after a policy change on their side. We have moved IPv6 outbound to Lumen, which is announcing us globally.

   Some IPv6 destinations are unreachable from AMS since 16:26 UTC. IPv4 is unaffected. Our own external probes over IPv6 from South America fail; the other probe locations succeed.
