   All QIX sessions in YUL are up with zero errors for 7 minutes. Duration: 28 minutes. Latency to exchange peers was a few milliseconds higher during the detour.

   The optic has been replaced and the port is back up with clean counters. Peering sessions are re-establishing.

   The receive power on the optic has dropped below threshold. We have shut the port; traffic to exchange peers is going via Zayo and Cogent while an engineer replaces the optic.

   The QIX port in YUL is showing a rising CRC error count since 20:17 UTC. A small share of traffic over the exchange is being retransmitted. Transit paths are unaffected.
