Identified
Arelion has confirmed a faulty line card on their side of the STO handover. We have withdrawn our prefixes from that session, and all traffic is leaving through GlobalConnect and STHIX for now. Loss has cleared; latency to some destinations is 3–6 ms higher while the detour is in place.

We are investigating packet loss of around 2% towards a subset of destinations from STO. Alerts fired at 12:04 UTC on the Arelion uplink; the GlobalConnect uplink and the STHIX peering are clean. Machines remain reachable.
