Causa individuata
Init7 has confirmed a fibre cut caused by third-party roadworks about 6 km from the site. A splice crew has been dispatched. We are operating on the second carrier plus the exchange for the duration, with headroom for peak traffic.

The Init7 uplink in ZRH went down at 22:21 UTC. Traffic failed over to Cogent and CIXP within seconds; capacity is reduced but no machine is unreachable. Init7 reports a loss of light on the metro fibre.
