   Lumen confirms unannounced maintenance on the aggregation router that terminates our circuit. The flapping will continue until their work finishes; we have shut the session so that traffic stays stable on the other paths.

   The Lumen uplink in AMS has been flapping since 00:47 UTC. Traffic is on Arelion and AMS-IX. We have opened a ticket with Lumen.
