Identified
Cogent is not propagating our IPv6 announcement beyond their network after a policy change on their side. We have moved IPv6 outbound to Init7, which is announcing us globally.

Some IPv6 destinations are unreachable from ZRH since 19:29 UTC. IPv4 is unaffected. Our own external probes over IPv6 from Iberia fail; the other probe locations succeed.
